Welcome to Digital Edge Education Society (DEES)

We are a not-for-profit (Under process for 12AA and 80G) society incorporated under the Societies registration Act 1860. Our mandate is to use research, teaching and archiving to promote excellence in Digital Edge Education in India.

AIMS AND OBJECTS

The aims and objects of this society shall be the following:

  1. To help our poor family students who can’t afford tuition fees; with online connectivity (services-in-hand) to give better educational platform with all Indian students’ community.
  2. To help our Indian students community with communication to each other in all possible manner like topics posting and instant messaging, live consulting either chat, video calls.
  3. To help our Indian students community with taking complaints of students against authorities or institutions.
  4. To make inform all complaints of students to the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
  5. To help our Indian students community with proper channel for all of the complaints created at us.
  6. To make inform to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, In case of female students take privacy of information at  the time of investigation and taking action.
  7. To make a centralised database of all of the Indian students and are secured.
  8. To make a secured centralised database of all Indian citizens in coming time.
  9. To take better control over our citizens databases in the world of cyber space.
  10. To make an independent digital India with our secured centralised databases in coming time.
  11. To take better control over cyber crime with our secured centralised databases.
  12. Stop dependency over social networking sites for gathering information and databases of our Indian citizens; become independent in the world of digital era.
  13. To become future of digital India. 

 "Right To Complaint"

First time in the history of India, We raise our voice for “Right To Complaint” for every Indian Students in the Supreme Court of India as per Constitution of India. Our clash with UNION OF INDIA & ORS in HON'BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA is being heard by the Coram of Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Hon’ble Mr. Justice T.S. Thakur and Hon’ble Mr. Justice  A.M. Khanwilkar in WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 207 OF 2016 & REVIEW PETITION (C) NO. 3599 OF 2016 in WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 207 OF 2016.

Our clash with UNION OF INDIA & ORS in HON'BLE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD is being heard by the Coram of Hon’ble Chief Justice of High Court of Judicature At Allahabad, Hon’ble Mr. Justice D.B. Bhosale and Hon’ble Mr. Justice  Yashwant Verma in WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 175 OF 2017.

At present Our clash with UNION OF INDIA & ORS again comes in HON'BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA under Article 15(3), 15(4), 15(5), 38(1), 39A, 46 AND 51A(c) of THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA for the Justice of Women empowerment, Students Complaints, Employment, Online Students Educational Community and for Digital Information Privacy?

  LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COMPLAINTS REGISTRATION AS PER CONSTITUTION OF INDIA:
A. According to Article 15(3), nothing in this article shall prevent the State from making any special provision for women and children.
B. According to Article 15(4), nothing in this article or in clause (2) of article 29 shall prevent the State from making any special provision for the advancement of any socially and educationally backward classes of citizens or for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes.
C. According to Article 15(5), Nothing in this article or in sub-clause (g) of clause (1) of article 19 shall prevent the State from making any special provision, by law, for the advancement of any socially and educationally backward classes of citizens or for the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes in so far as such special provisions relate to their admission to educational institutions including private educational institutions, whether aided or unaided by the State, other than the minority educational institutions referred to in clause (1) of article 30.
D. According to Article 38(1), The State shall strive to promote the welfare of the people by securing and protecting as effectively as it may a social order in which justice, social, economic and political, shall inform all the institutions of the national life.
E. According to Article 39A, The State shall secure that the operation of the legal system promotes justice, on a basis of equal opportunity, and shall, in particular, provide free legal aid, by suitable legislation or schemes or in any other way, to ensure that opportunities for securing justice are not denied to any citizen by reason of economic or other disabilities.
F. According to Article 46, The State shall promote with special care the educational and economic interests of the weaker sections of the people, and, in particular, of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes, and shall protect them from social injustice and all forms of exploitation.
G. According to Article 51A(c), to uphold and protect the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India.

Hon’ble Supreme Court of India must dismissed the Writ Petition (Civil) 207/2016 with the oral direction to go to the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.

 

November 30, 2016

Hon’ble Supreme Court of India again dismissed the REVIEW PETITION (C) NO. 3599 OF 2016 in WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 207 OF 2016 under the direction to go to the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad as the order given in the WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 207 OF 2016.

 

January 6, 2017

Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad dismissed the Writ Petition (Civil) 175 of 2017 due to misunderstanding of the order given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition (Civil) 207 of 2016.



First time in the history of India, We raise our voice for student’s complaints against educational authority either teachers, lecturers, professors or any staff of the school, college or university of the union of India to stop exploitation of students in education in India.

Under section 2 of the main memorandum of the society DEES (Digital Edge Education Society); whose give us the permission to run programs related to Computer, Hardware, Software, Technical, IT for the educational purpose for the development of Boys/Girls of our country and make them self-employed. Under Section 4 of the main memorandum of the society DEES (Digital Edge Education Society); whose give us the permission to participate in the programs run under MHRD, Govt. of India, for child and woman welfare & Under section 11 of the main memorandum of the society DEES (Digital Edge Education Society) also give us the permission to serve for country, work for nation development.
